This is a great set or should I say a great COOL set. I have got everything I need for seasoning meat, chicken, turkey, fruit, fish. Absolutely amazing! The other day I injected melon with a little rum, left it for a day. The next day I sliced it and put honey on slices using basting brush, my taste buds were on overdrive. You have to try it, I can’t describe the taste.
On a separate topic, pepper mill works really well. Grinds peppers in just the right fineness. I love this set, it comes at a great price, I am going to buy a few more for presents and family.

This is a great little set! I was pleasantly surprised. I have been wanting to try one of these out for a while and I was finally able to. This is used to marinate thick cuts of meat. You can put whatever marinade you want into the injector and stick the “needle” part into the meat and it sends the good flavors straight to the middle so you can enjoy flavorful meats. I would suggest doing this and letting the meat sit in the fridge overnight for even more amazing flavor! This set also comes with a bonus baster and salt and pepper grinder set.

Will never cook another roast or chicken without this set again. Easy to use and comes with a tip with a large hole to use with marinades with chunks of herbs and spices and a tip with small holes throughout for liquid marinades. Pepper mill and salt shaker is a nice little bonus gift.
